Thousands of farmers march to Delhi under the ‘Dilli Chalo’ (March to Delhi) call to register their protest against the three farm laws. Farmers face brutal repression by the Haryana police on the way in the form of dug-up roads, barricades, heavy wiring, and water cannons. The farmers’ March to Delhi was built off solidarity from the All India General Strike announced by ten central trade unions and various workers’ associations and federations on November 26, 2020 against the anti-worker, anti-farmer, and anti-people policies of the government. Farmers were stopped from entering into Delhi, the camping at borders starts. More farmers start arriving from around Delhi.
