The big announcement: On the 358th day of the protests at the Delhi borders, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a televised address to the nation announces withdrawal of the three agricultural laws and appeals to the protesting farmers to go home. As per the announcement, laws will be withdrawn in the winter session of the Parliament starting from November 29, 2021. SKM declares agitation will not be taken back until the law on MSP is not passed in the parliament. Other demands to be discussed once the govt resumes talks with the farmers.
