Farmers in Hisar protest in large numbers for withdrawal of cases filed against farmers, compensation to families of farmers who have died during the protests, permission to install statues of these farmers in villages, fair inspection and compensation of the damaged crops and other local issues. Farmers also raise the issue of an alleged scam by the insurance company which ran with the money collected through crop insurance premium.
